Schwarz Financial Communication was founded in 2003 by Frank Schwarz, who previously worked as an IR consultant for a leading agency, where he was responsible for the Financial Communication division. After studying economics, journalism and communication sciences, Frank worked as a stock market editor at the Frankfurt financial hub (Der Platow Brief, EURO am Sonntag).
Since 2022, non-capital market-related PR consulting has been offered under the name SCHWARZ Strategy & Communication GmbH.
As an expert in financial and corporate communications, Frank Schwarz has supported over 150 IR & PR mandates, capital market and corporate transactions for international clients. He is the author of numerous specialist articles, author and editor of publications as well as moderator and panel expert on the topics of financing & financial communication.
